Ingredients

1 free range egg white

100ml limoncello

75ml st germain liqueur

50ml lemon juice

40ml simple syrup

Method

Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake well until it is foamy.
Strain into two glasses and serve.
