Calia is a unique Australian restaurant-to-retail brand created in 2016 in Melbourne. The Calia menu is designed by Francisco Javier Araya, a Michelin star chef who was inspired by Spanish, Chilean, Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Most notable on the menu, however, are the Japanese inspired dishes.

Serving over 10,000 customers per week in Melbourne alone. At the heart of the brand, they believe that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. They have captured the quintessence of nature’s nest in their selection of products, to delight even the most conscientious of palates. 

The Calia experience isn’t just about sitting and dining there. Walking into the restaurant, you’re greeted with a selection of goodies ranging from Calia’s very own cup designs, kitchenware and a selection of spices and sauces.
