Vamos was born from the innate desire of four friends Iliana Hernandez (Mexican), Marcela Rodriguez (Colombian), Juan Ignacio Angel (Colombian) and Thomas Norwood (Australian) with diverse backgrounds in hospitality, music, and education, to showcase the best that Latin America and Spain have to offer in terms of food, drinks, live music and fun. After six successful years in the CBD the team has found a new home in the heart of Melbourne’s Latin quarter, Brunswick Street, Fitzroy.

Miss Ping’s

Miss Ping’s Thai eatery is spicing up Glen Waverley. Set in the outdoor precinct at The Glen, Miss Ping’s presents a modern take on authentic Thai cuisine with zing and flair. Open seven nights a week, the restaurant boasts a full service lunch and dinner menu complete with a cocktail bar. Set amongst a tropical setting complete with 1940’s style wicker chairs and tropical wallpaper as well as a huge banana plant feature in the middle of the restaurant, the colourful and vibrant restaurant pays homage to the mystery and intrigue of a night in Bangkok.
